Ambassador Garza thanked the former scholars, members of the Fulbright Commission, as well as U.S. Embassy officials for attending, and recognized the merit of former grantees in promoting the development of more Mexicans by furthering their studies in the United States through Fulbright-Garcia Robles scholarships.
