Amb. Garza welcomes marching band preparing for Rose Parade
On October 5, 2006, Ambassador Garza welcomed a group of 320 students who are part of the "Delfines" Marching Band of Public High School No. 5, "Manuel R. Gutiérrez" of Xalapa, Veracruz. These youngsters came to the Embassy to process their U.S. visas because they will be representing Latin America in the next Rose Parade in Pasadena, California, on January 1, 2007.
