Amb. Garza visits Nuevo Laredo

On October 30, 2006, Ambassador Garza traveled to Nuevo Laredo to inaugurate the first Secure Entry for Travelers Rapid Inspection (SENTRI) lane at the Laredo/Nuevo Laredo crossing, to take part in the groundbreaking ceremony for a new water treatment facility in Nuevo Laredo, and to witness the launching of a program to repair and expand the sewage treatment system.
