Hello and thank you for answering my question. Currently my wife and 3 children, ages 11, 9 and 3, have valid visas that were issued 2 years ago. We travel frequently to McAllen, TX from our home on the border in Reynosa, Tamaulipas. My wife is 6 months pregnant. We have started to pay a hospital in McAllen, as we plan to have the baby there. Is there any problem if my child is born in the United States? I will be paying absolutely all of the expenses. Can my visa be revoked for this? When I renew my visa, will this affect me or my children? If any immigration agents ask me where my baby is to be born, what should I say? I don’t want to have any problems, as my children love to travel and we have made many trips to San Antonio and Corpus Christi, TX. Thank you very much.
